Base Salary
$94k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and optimize full-stack software components for internal web applications and tools.
- Build and maintain REST APIs and WebSocket-based real-time features.
- Integrate applications with third-party APIs and enterprise services including identity/SSO, calendar, messaging, and AI providers.
- Design and evolve data models using PostgreSQL, relational databases, and ORMs.
- Containerize applications and support deployment to Kubernetes through the team's GitOps pipeline.
- Write code documentation, conduct code reviews, and collaborate on code quality and software standards.
- Participate in software requirements and specifications development and troubleshoot complex software issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in C++, Java, or Python; TypeScript/JavaScript; React; and Node.js.
- Knowledge of software engineering practices including testing, version control, code review, and REST API development and consumption.
- Preferred qualifications include HTML/CSS, SQL, Bash, PostgreSQL or another relational database, Drizzle or Prisma, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCD, AI/LLM provider integrations, software tooling for requirements tracking and automated builds, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or Spiral methodologies.
- Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods and have hand/finger dexterity for coding and testing.
- Must meet applicable U.S. Government international trade authorization requirements.
