Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test cases to validate system functionality and verify business and user requirements.
- Manually execute tests and run automated test scripts for software components.
- Write and update test cases and document test results in accordance with written procedures.
- Prepare test reports and record and track defects using a bug-tracking system.
- Support product quality in collaboration with developers and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to test automation using Python, MATLAB, or C++.
- Interact with electronic equipment in the laboratory while testing the product.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree in computer science, biomedical engineering, or physics, with an expected graduation date in fall/winter 2027 or spring 2030.
- Proficiency in Python or MATLAB.
- Available for the full co-op duration from January 11 through August 6 or August 13, 2027.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization.
- Prior software testing experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of C++ is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and documentation experience, are preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational and documentation skills are preferred.
- Ability to learn complex software, adapt to new tools, and work independently and collaboratively is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Waltham, Massachusetts office is required.
