Responsibilities
- Design and run experiments to test hypotheses for foundation model development.
- Engineer evaluations and metrics for rapid model iteration.
- Build and maintain scalable libraries for training and experimentation.
- Implement model architectures from literature and in-house research.
- Enable agent-driven research workflows and maintain tooling guardrails.
- Prepare manuscripts, software artifacts, and datasets for public release.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in reproducible research pipelines.
- Track record of observable artifacts in ML or scientific computing.
- Solid knowledge of PyTorch and JAX.
- Experience with HPC or large-scale compute environments.
- Sufficient scientific depth to engage with research questions.
