Responsibilities
- Champion and adopt best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD.
- Oversee or participate in the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery.

Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience with development languages like Golang and React.
- Experience leading software development teams using Agile, Lean, or Continuous methodologies.
- Knowledge of delivery approaches such as TDD and continuous integration.
- Bonus points for knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- A passion for continuous learning and improvement in technology.
