Base Salary

$91k - $254k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure using EKS, ECS, API Gateway, and related technologies.
  • Automate deployment processes using Terraform, CloudFormation, and scripting languages.
  • Design and maintain monitoring and alerting for high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate and deploy applications on AWS.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure and application deployment issues.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Implement AWS best practices for security, scalability, and cost optimization.
  • Document processes and configurations and stay current with AWS services and DevOps trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, EKS, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code, specifically Terraform.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Experience with configuration management tools such as Packer and Ansible.
  • Experience with relational database technology such as SQL and PSQL.
  • Experience with at least one scripting language such as Python or Bash.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related technologies.
  • Experience with Linux operating systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, plus a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
