Base Salary
$91k - $254k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure using EKS, ECS, API Gateway, and related technologies.
- Automate deployment processes using Terraform, CloudFormation, and scripting languages.
- Design and maintain monitoring and alerting for high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate and deploy applications on AWS.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application deployment issues.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement AWS best practices for security, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Document processes and configurations and stay current with AWS services and DevOps trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, EKS, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with infrastructure as code, specifically Terraform.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Packer and Ansible.
- Experience with relational database technology such as SQL and PSQL.
- Experience with at least one scripting language such as Python or Bash.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related technologies.
- Experience with Linux operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, plus a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
