Base Salary
$51k - $82k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create and execute manual test steps using acceptance criteria.
- Plan, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts within an Agile team.
- Use Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks for automated testing.
- Collaborate with developers and testers to validate APIs, web services, and system integrations.
- Isolate and document software issues and defects.
- Support functional, environmental, operational, and performance testing for high-quality software delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience, or a master’s degree and 0 years of experience.
- Knowledge of functional, environmental, operational, and performance testing.
- Ability to program in text-based and object-oriented languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience in an Agile testing environment, including Test-Driven Development.
- Exposure to software engineering principles and basic test automation concepts.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Active Secret clearance or higher is preferred, with interim clearances accepted.
- Preferred qualifications include automation testing experience, familiarity with AI-assisted development or testing tools, Selenium WebDriver and Gauge experience, SQL scripting with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server, and basic CI/CD pipeline knowledge.
