Responsibilities
- Design, develop, refactor, test, and maintain applications, services, APIs, and frameworks.
- Participate in architecture, design, code, and solution reviews.
- Use AI-assisted development practices and coding agents to improve delivery speed, quality, testing, documentation, and productivity.
- Review code for quality, maintainability, performance, security, and alignment with standards.
- Build and maintain tools, automation, and processes supporting software delivery and release readiness.
- Mentor developers through guidance, documentation, training, and knowledge sharing.
- Improve coding standards, reusable patterns, team workflows, and engineering practices.
- Estimate work, identify risks, and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
Requirements
- 5+ years of applicable software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of specialized experience in cloud technologies, modern application development, AI-assisted development, or related technical domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Strong software engineering background with technologies such as Python, C#, Node.js, or similar modern development frameworks.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with software design, automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, secure coding, and Agile delivery.
- Ability to use AI coding tools and coding agents effectively.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, debugging, collaboration, mentorship, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and business domains quickly.
