Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and develop the Red Hat OpenShift container platform.
- Integrate OpenShift with infrastructure, networking, and security services.
- Automate and standardize platform configurations, deployments, updates, and changes.
- Monitor platform availability, capacity, and performance and structurally resolve disruptions.
- Identify vulnerabilities and advise on server security and secure container configurations.
- Support development teams with container onboarding and secure platform usage.
- Handle complex second- and third-line platform and integration issues.
- Document configurations and solutions and share technical knowledge.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience with scripting, programming, or platform engineering.
- Hands-on production experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- Practical experience with Linux, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
- Knowledge of container technology such as Docker and TCP/IP networking.
- Experience analyzing and resolving complex platform and integration problems.
- Experience onboarding nodes, applications, and workloads in OpenShift is preferred.
- Knowledge of cluster integration, IaaS, and private cloud is preferred.
- Experience with Ansible, Bamboo, or comparable configuration and deployment tooling is preferred.
- Scripting experience in Python, shell, Perl, Ruby, or PowerCLI is preferred.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes is preferred.
- Fluent Dutch, Dutch nationality, and a Dutch passport are required.
- Willingness to undergo MIVD screening and obtain a VGB is required.

- Hybrid work arrangement: one day weekly at the client site in Midden-Nederland, one day at the Kyndryl office in Hoofddorp, and the remaining days from home.
- Annual gross salary of €78,000 to €98,000, including holiday allowance and a thirteenth month.
