Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, impactful projects for game developers.
- Collaborate with team members to write and ship scalable code.
- Lead projects through the entire life cycle from requirements gathering to shipping.
- Engage with game developer partners to understand their needs.
- Work with product managers and designers to navigate ambiguity.
- Maintain high software quality through attention to detail.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Familiarity with tech stacks such as Python, Typescript/React, Elixir, Rust, or C++.
- Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Holistic problem-solving approach and willingness to learn from mistakes.
- Experience using AI coding tools to enhance productivity.
