Responsibilities

  • Ensure the reliability and availability of critical infrastructure and services using SRE and automation practices.
  • Design, implement, and maintain resilient systems across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
  • Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to improve operational insight and incident response.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines, release reliability, and safe deployment strategies such as canary and blue-green deployments.
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity processes while improving RTO/RPO objectives.
  • Implement infrastructure security controls, harden systems, manage secrets, and support regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze and resolve complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.
  • Collaborate with application, security, and operations teams; document systems, mentor peers, and participate in post-incident reviews.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, platform engineering, or IT operations.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes platforms, Linux and Windows systems administration, networking fundamentals, and automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
  • Practical understanding of observability principles and tools, including monitoring, tracing, and logging.
  • Experience managing or contributing to production environments with 99.9%+ uptime and critical services.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or the NIS2 Directive.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills in an Agile or DevOps environment, with a proactive ownership mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
