Responsibilities

Ensure the reliability and availability of critical infrastructure and services using SRE and automation practices.
Design, implement, and maintain resilient systems across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to improve operational insight and incident response.
Manage CI/CD pipelines, release reliability, and safe deployment strategies such as canary and blue-green deployments.
Support disaster recovery and business continuity processes while improving RTO/RPO objectives.
Implement infrastructure security controls, harden systems, manage secrets, and support regulatory compliance.
Analyze and resolve complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.
Collaborate with application, security, and operations teams; document systems, mentor peers, and participate in post-incident reviews.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, platform engineering, or IT operations.
Strong experience with Kubernetes platforms, Linux and Windows systems administration, networking fundamentals, and automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
Practical understanding of observability principles and tools, including monitoring, tracing, and logging.
Experience managing or contributing to production environments with 99.9%+ uptime and critical services.
Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or the NIS2 Directive.
Ability to analyze and resolve complex incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.
Effective communication and collaboration skills in an Agile or DevOps environment, with a proactive ownership mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
