Base Salary
$144k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create scalable and robust merchant integration solutions using development and programming expertise.
- Consult with merchants on integrations across e-commerce, point of sale, and multifaceted platforms.
- Serve as the primary technical contact through integration design, development, testing, and launch.
- Oversee project delivery and maintain the technical integrity of merchant integrations.
- Advise on checkout experiences, authentication, omnichannel payments, and platform onboarding.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Product, Engineering, Developers, and Product Managers to improve merchant experiences and the platform.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience integrating with or providing technical consultation for Web APIs.
- Experience learning and working with complex systems, including APIs, databases, and SDKs.
- Experience with distributed systems, database design, and systems architecture.
- Strong communication skills and comfort leading meetings with senior decision makers.
- Ability to translate business requirements and workflows into pragmatic technical solutions.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, make decisions, and involve the appropriate stakeholders.
- Customer empathy, a growth mindset, and a bias toward action.
