Responsibilities

Understand and support app access requirements for SaaS applications via Netskope's reverse proxy solution.
Re-architect the deep packet inspection module for improved accuracy and scalability.
Identify scalable solutions to reduce costs associated with SaaS app connectors.
Collaborate with product management to define new access control use cases.
Engage in the complete development lifecycle from requirements gathering to production data analysis.
Identify gaps in existing solutions and propose innovative improvements.
Work with technical support to address customer escalations and improve product resilience.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 18 years of work experience.
Expert proficiency in C/C++ and strong experience with Python.
Deep understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP/S, and TLS/SSL.
Proven experience in data plane development for security products.
Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
Experience with HTTP proxy development and troubleshooting using tools like gdb and Wireshark.
