Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications using Pega Platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the application project.
- Collaborate with and manage the team to deliver work and make team decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Integrate Pega applications with other systems and troubleshoot application issues.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to cross-team decisions.
- Monitor project progress and adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Pega Platform.
- Proficiency in Pega Platform and application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience integrating Pega applications with other systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- 15 years of full-time education.
