Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain high-quality backend solutions.
- Implement best practices for engineering and operational excellence.
- Monitor system health by measuring SLIs and defining SLOs.
- Collaborate across teams to reduce dependencies and uncertainty.
- Contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions.
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in the JVM ecosystem, including Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot.
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven design.
- Understanding of Domain Driven Design and Test Driven Development.
- Product-oriented mindset with a focus on balancing business needs and technical constraints.
- Experience in regulated industries, preferably healthcare, and familiarity with AI tools.
