Responsibilities
- Advise territory customers on how to maximize Alpine software and improve business operations.
- Provide software demonstrations and technical assistance to existing and prospective customers.
- Partner with sales on new account acquisition and customer priorities.
- Evaluate prospect plant operations and recommend ways to use Alpine software to increase productivity and reduce paperwork.
- Manage initial software installations, business-rule files, training, and transition to the Help Desk.
- Handle escalated technical requests as the software expert for the territory.
- Introduce customers to new software features and develop lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with software development on territory market needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Architecture, or Construction Management is preferred.
- Three years of construction technology experience is preferred.
- Three years of technical software implementation experience is preferred.
- Truss-industry experience and customer service or support experience are preferred.
- Strong organizational, verbal, written communication, presentation, independent-work, and results-oriented skills are required.
- Ability to travel regionally up to 80% is required.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record are required.
