Base Salary
$115k - $172k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customer-specific solutions that extend and integrate with the CTS Video Platform.
- Partner with customers, solution architects, project managers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
- Build integrations connecting customer systems, workflows, and metadata with CTS products and services.
- Develop data ingestion, transformation, and automation solutions for large-scale content operations.
- Participate in technical workshops and customer engagements from discovery through production deployment.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and collaborate with global support teams on resolution.
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and delivery practices across projects.
- Document solutions, integrations, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with consideration for coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with Java and Groovy for customer integrations, platform extensions, and backend services.
- Experience with Python for automation, tooling, metadata transformation, and operational workflows.
- Experience with AWS services, including Lambda and S3.
- Experience with REST APIs and integration frameworks.
- Knowledge of video streaming technologies, including transcoding workflows, DRM, ad insertion, and media processing.
- Knowledge of streaming protocols such as HLS and DASH.
- Kubernetes, Docker, JavaScript, and CI/CD or DevOps practices are nice-to-have qualifications.
- Strong customer focus, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, adaptability, ownership, and documentation skills.
