Responsibilities

Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models.
Leverage AI insights to identify emerging on-road issue trends and develop data-driven strategies.
Serve as the link between AI/ML development and operational execution.
Design and implement quality control processes for human and AI-generated outputs.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for technical policies in new markets.
Provide technical leadership and consultation to enhance workflows and quality.

BS/BA degree or 8+ years of relevant work experience in AV Software Quality Operations.
Strong understanding of driving rules and regulations in Japan metropolitan areas.
Competency in supporting all phases of the machine learning development lifecycle.
Experience with ML testing and validation, including dataset quality assurance.
Ability to quickly learn and implement new concepts and utilize proprietary tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
