Responsibilities
- Design and govern end-to-end integration architectures across SAP and non-SAP landscapes using SAP BTP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration, and iFlows.
- Create integration architecture strategies and specifications using SAP’s three-tier extensibility model.
- Build modular, reusable, and maintainable enterprise integration flows with message mappings and data transformations.
- Design and expose secure APIs with authentication, authorization, throttling, versioning, lifecycle, and observability controls.
- Develop AI-native integration agents, anomaly detection, prediction, conversational root-cause analysis, and guided remediation workflows.
- Set up monitoring dashboards, alerts, correlation IDs, traceability, and governance practices for flows, APIs, and event-driven pipelines.
- Lead client workshops, solution design, implementation, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.
- Manage, coach, mentor, and advise project staff while facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and contribute to decisions spanning multiple teams.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite is required.
- Fifteen years of full-time education is required.
- Strong hands-on expertise with SAP BTP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration, iFlows, transformation patterns, and monitoring.
- Practical Groovy scripting capability for integration-flow customization and performance tuning.
- Strong API design and management fundamentals, including security, throttling, lifecycle/versioning, and observability.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA brownfield and greenfield transformations involving BTP and successful project implementations.
- Strong solution architecture, technical design workshop, strategic advisory, application configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and cloud integration experience.
- Familiarity with API management and data transformation techniques.
- Ability to lead teams, manage project staff, make cross-team decisions, and mentor junior members.
