Base Salary
$150k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, scale, modernize, and support enterprise applications.
- Serve as a technical leader across multiple Agile engineering teams and influence engineering practices and decisions.
- Design, implement, and support CI/CD pipelines and software delivery capabilities.
- Improve application performance, deployment strategies, observability, and operational excellence.
- Implement and support performance testing, load-testing environments, and dual-production Blue/Green or A/B deployment strategies.
- Support production deployments, release management, distributed applications, and event-driven platform architecture.
- Partner with engineering teams, Service Availability Engineering, Automation Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience developing enterprise applications.
- 7+ years of experience developing applications with .NET and/or .NET Core and programming with C#.
- Experience with object-oriented design, design patterns, RESTful APIs, relational databases, SQL development, and stored procedures.
- Experience using GitHub or similar source code management platforms and designing CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience developing and supporting distributed, multi-tier applications in Agile software delivery environments.
- Experience with production deployments, release management, performance testing, load-testing environments, and Blue/Green or A/B deployment strategies.
- Ability to evaluate technical challenges, develop practical solutions, influence engineering decisions, communicate complex concepts, and collaborate across organizational levels.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Copilot, Angular, Domain-Driven Design, financial-services or retirement-services applications, Splunk, event-driven architectures, feature management platforms, and distributed application design.
