AI Builder, Emerging Talent - Italian Market
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents that perform actions for enterprise customers.
- Design prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and agent architecture using AI and LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform.
- Architect, build, debug, test, and deploy scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Collaborate with builder pods, clients, and sales teams to turn business challenges into agentic solutions.
- Evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor and own solutions through the full technical lifecycle.
- Travel 25–50% of the time to work directly alongside customers in their environments.
Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering and an AI-native builder mindset.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object-oriented programming, and real-time infrastructure.
- Ability to write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs rigorously.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a hands-on delivery mindset.
