Base Salary
$170k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and advance the agent harness, including agent loops, tools, prompts, execution environments, and capabilities.
- Integrate full-stack software with physical hardware systems and AI agents using robust, low-latency communication pipelines.
- Build simulation environments and video-game-like frameworks for testing and training agents before physical deployment.
- Own connectors that translate AI model output into physical action.
- Fine-tune frontier AI models and build data acquisition pipelines for agent training infrastructure.
- Work with warfighters to turn capability requests into production-ready agentic systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, preferably in a startup or high-ownership environment.
- Experience building complex agentic products or infrastructure, including agent loops, orchestration systems, or tool-use frameworks.
- Hands-on experience integrating software with physical hardware or low-level systems.
- Exposure to simulation environments, game engines such as Unreal or Unity, Isaac Sim, or robotics middleware such as ROS or ROS2.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in architecture, distributed systems, and real-time pipelines.
