Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and advance the agent harness used across Scout AI's agentic stack.
- Integrate fullstack software with physical hardware systems and AI agents.
- Build simulation environments for testing and training agents.
- Own the connectors between AI models and real-world systems.
- Fine-tune AI models and build data acquisition pipelines.
- Collaborate with warfighters to develop production-ready systems quickly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience in a startup or high-ownership environment.
- Experience building complex agentic products or infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience integrating software with physical hardware or low-level systems.
- Exposure to simulation environments, game engines, or robotics middleware.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in architecture and distributed systems.
