Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and modernize digital platform capabilities, components, services, APIs, integrations, and automation solutions.
- Write secure, maintainable, scalable, accessible, performant, and well-tested code and contribute to technical design and code reviews.
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, demos, retrospectives, requirements analysis, and delivery planning.
- Build and maintain unit, integration, component, regression, accessibility, and performance tests.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, release automation, deployment processes, environment management, rollback planning, and post-release verification.
- Support monitoring, observability, logging, alerting, incident resolution, runbooks, service health, and production ownership.
- Collaborate with architecture, QA, operations, security, privacy, analytics, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
- Reduce technical debt, manual effort, operational risk, and platform complexity through automation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience building and supporting digital products, web platforms, CMS-backed services, APIs, integrations, or cloud-native applications.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including code quality, testing, maintainability, design patterns, security, and performance awareness.
- Experience with modern development practices, version control, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps ways of working.
- Ability to translate business needs, user stories, and acceptance criteria into robust technical outcomes.
- Understanding of operational readiness, monitoring, logging, incident support, and production service ownership.
- Experience working with suppliers, distributed teams, and cross-functional stakeholders in enterprise technology environments.
- Preferred experience with Contentful, MACH architecture, headless CMS, React or modern front-end frameworks, Java/API development, AWS, Azure DevOps, Git, automation, or AI-assisted development.
