Base Salary
$180k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI applications, agents, skills, connectors, and workflow automations for business problems.
- Translate ambiguous business needs into AI-native workflows and technical delivery plans.
- Embed with internal functions to understand workflows, systems, data, and success measures.
- Prototype rapidly and productionize priority workflows.
- Integrate approved data, tools, APIs, and actions into safe end-to-end workflows.
- Define evaluations, review gates, human-in-the-loop controls, observability, and evidence.
- Launch trusted production workflows with governance, support, reversibility, and named owners.
- Transfer maintainable workflows to function owners and reduce long-term team dependency.
- Feed repeated needs and infrastructure requirements back to the AI Platform Hub.
- Create reusable agents, skills, templates, connectors, playbooks, and platform patterns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building software, including AI applications, agents, automations, or internal tools.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and production judgment, with the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into solutions.
- Hands-on agent development and deployment experience, including tool and API use, orchestration, state, and failure handling.
- Experience with enterprise integrations using MCP or comparable tool integration patterns.
- Experience with LLM retrieval and structured outputs.
- Experience with reliable AI operations, including cloud deployment, access controls, observability, evaluations, failure analysis, and improvement.
- Clear technical and non-technical communication skills.
- Preferred: experience with enterprise business systems, internal tools, embedded delivery, reusable components, workflow redesign, user-facing AI tools, adoption, onboarding, or training.
