Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using TypeScript and tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or WebdriverIO.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, API, end-to-end, cloud-native, production validation, and post-release testing.
- Create test cases, reusable automation components, test assets, and test data validations in collaboration with developers, testers, and product teams.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to quality engineering and release-readiness activities.
- Analyze defects, document test results, risks, and remediation recommendations, and support ongoing quality assurance.
- Use GenAI tools for test case creation, code generation, documentation, troubleshooting, and productivity improvements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow engineering, security, accessibility, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or software development.
- Experience using TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Python, or C# through coursework, internships, personal projects, or professional work.
- Exposure to automated testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or WebdriverIO.
- Knowledge of software development and testing lifecycles, Agile delivery, DevOps practices, source control, API testing, and quality engineering principles.
- Exposure to cloud technologies, CI/CD concepts, and modern software delivery practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or completion of a related college program.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Reliability Clearance.
- Preferred experience includes Postman or Insomnia, GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, GenAI tools, microservices, cloud-native applications, distributed architectures, performance testing, accessibility testing, security testing, and quality monitoring.
