Responsibilities
- Support clients through end-to-end enterprise solutions transformation programs across ERP, CRM, HCM, SCM, Planning, and Manufacturing.
- Define business cases, roadmaps, business processes, technical reference architectures, solution selections, implementation partners, implementation governance, and quality assurance.
- Design and deliver AI-enabled and agentic ERP use cases, including AI-assisted test generation, data migration, documentation, and autonomous agents for financial close, procurement, and order-to-cash.
- Apply best practices from business requirements specification through solution implementation while minimizing customizations and maintenance costs.
- Contribute expertise to the Enterprise Solutions chapter through conferences, technology research and experimentation, and authoring articles.
- Partner with BCG technology and strategy experts and clients on ERP and application architecture strategies, concepts, and roadmaps.
Requirements
- An above-average degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; strong academic performance is preferred.
- Typically 3–4 years of relevant experience driving enterprise solutions transformation programs; strong candidates with 2 years will also be considered.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Lead-to-Quote, Record-to-Report, and Hire-to-Retire.
- SAP S/4HANA experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with industry-specific solutions, ERP add-ons, analytical tools, and AI-enabled ERP capabilities.
- Practical experience using GenAI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, with the ability to validate and challenge their output.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, presentation, analytical, conceptual, stakeholder-alignment, and client-focus skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the region to client sites.
