Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and architect comprehensive ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide technical oversight for implementation and ensure deliverables follow ICF and ServiceNow standards.
- Oversee ServiceNow integrations with other systems and applications, including workflow automation and data consistency.
- Analyze and optimize the performance of ServiceNow and integrated solutions.
- Develop quality assurance plans and ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers on scope, timelines, status reporting, and deployment registrations.
- Design security plans and ensure solutions meet security and compliance requirements.
- Create architecture diagrams, design specifications, implementation guidelines, and knowledge-base content.
- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor and coach ServiceNow team members.
- Build client, ServiceNow, and strategic partner relationships and resolve issues collaboratively.
- Develop client roadmaps, identify opportunities for services and ServiceNow license sales, and support proposals and presentations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Authorization to work in the United States, with all work performed in the United States.
- One of the following certifications: CISSP, Security+, CASP+, or CISM.
- Preferred ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
- Preferred understanding of ServiceNow best practices, federal security and compliance frameworks, Risk Management, platform security, and third-party integrations.
- Preferred experience with Integration Hub, REST API, custom integration scripting, JavaScript, and GlideScript.
- Demonstrated expertise in system architecture, solution design, complex integrations, scalable systems, and resilient and maintainable solutions.
- Strong written, oral, presentation, stakeholder-management, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and conflict-resolution skills.
