Responsibilities
- Drive complex projects from pilot/Proof of Concept (PoC) to full implementation.
- Provide cutting-edge technical solutions and shape architectural best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development.
- Deliver technical training and workshops to empower customers and partners.
- Develop precise technical documentation and resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Mastery in Python, Java, Node.js, APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based platforms.
- Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms.
- Ability to resolve complex technical challenges with scalable solutions.
- Strong capability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
