Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, build, test, maintain, and scale database applications tailored to semiconductor manufacturing.
- Administer databases across on-premises Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Vertica, and PostgreSQL systems and Google Cloud AlloyDB and Cloud Spanner environments.
- Define requirements, create system architectures, implement solutions, and follow software engineering and testing standards.
- Design optimized data structures, analytical reports, dashboards, and real-time analytics capabilities.
- Build infrastructure automation using Terraform and apply AI/ML solutions to improve operational productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders, engineers, program managers, and data scientists to address business and technical requirements.
- Manage and deliver multiple concurrent projects with minimal direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of programming experience with SQL, PL/SQL, or T-SQL.
- At least 4 years of database administration and relational database development on GCP, including technologies such as Cloud SQL, SQL Server, AlloyDB, Spanner, and Oracle.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing analytical reports and dashboards.
- At least 2 years of experience building automation scripts with Python or Terraform.
- Preferred experience designing high-performing database systems for semiconductor manufacturing.
- Preferred experience applying AI/ML technologies, particularly Gemini, to improve productivity and technical excellence.
- Preferred knowledge of semiconductor operations including MES, SPC, SAP, MRP planning, capacity modeling, demand forecasting, and logistics.
Benefits
- US base salary of $207000-$300000, plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
- On-site work at least five days per week at the Fremont facility.
