Responsibilities
- Design and optimize a quality-assurance system and metrics framework for engineering organizations without dedicated QA.
- Build and ship AI-driven capabilities on top of existing AI infrastructure.
- Identify bottlenecks in delivery efficiency and quality, establishing productivity metrics and improvement mechanisms.
- Build and evolve engineering infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing platforms.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on backend development.
- Expertise in Java or other mainstream backend languages like Go, C++, or Rust.
- Practical AI engineering experience, particularly in testing or engineering-productivity scenarios.
- Familiarity with payments/financial business and the requirements of money-handling systems.
- Strong cross-team influence and technical leadership skills.
