Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the existing WordPress-based customer support website.
- Develop new website features using PHP and MySQL.
- Support customer access to product documentation and product installer downloads.
- Support software license allocation and management functionality.
- Assist with future customer support ticketing and product knowledge-base features.
- Help ensure the website remains stable, functional, and user-friendly.
- Work independently on coding tasks while collaborating with experienced developers and the broader international team.
Requirements
- Currently be in the third or fourth year of HBO or an equivalent study program.
- Study software development, computer science, web development, IT engineering, or a similar field.
- Have knowledge and practical experience with PHP and MySQL.
- Have WordPress experience, which is considered a plus.
- Be curious, practical, motivated to learn, structured, and solution-oriented.
- Be familiar with existing systems and able to extend them further.
