Base Salary
$157k - $301k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead, identify, facilitate, and resolve critical technology, product, and security incidents.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Docusign’s incident management practice.
- Participate in a rotational 24x7x365 incident-response shift.
- Monitor and evaluate incident data for anomalies and correlations, identify trends, and propose improvement solutions.
- Develop service excellence through operational discipline, engineering principles, and automation best practices for availability, reliability, and scalability.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership, during challenging incidents.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in incident management or site reliability engineering, including leadership of major incidents and high-severity situations.
- Experience with incident management tools and strong programming skills.
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving in a 24x7x365 environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to build and present effective business presentations.
- Advanced problem identification, judgment, resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively across levels and disciplines and influence and manage without direct authority.
