Base Salary

$157k - $301k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification, facilitation, and resolution of critical technology, product, and security incidents.
  • Lead Incident Commanders and serve as a subject matter expert for Docusign’s incident management practice.
  • Participate in a rotational 24x7x365 shift.
  • Monitor and evaluate incident data for anomalies and correlations, identify trends, and propose improvement solutions.
  • Apply operational discipline, engineering principles, and automation best practices to improve availability, reliability, and scalability.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including executive leadership, during challenging incidents.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in incident management or site reliability engineering, including leadership of major incidents and high-severity situations.
  • Experience with incident management tools and strong programming skills.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving in a 24x7x365 environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to build and present effective business presentations.
  • Advanced problem identification, judgment, resolution, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across levels and disciplines and influence and manage without direct authority.
