Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deliver, and improve scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.
- Translate business requirements and raw requirements into solution designs and quality implementations.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, business analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, knowledge sharing, and technology communities.
- Manage risk, strengthen controls, follow policies and regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical problems and communicate sensitive or complex information to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Good hands-on experience with Unix shell scripting and/or Python programming.
- Exposure to Oracle and open-source databases.
- Hands-on experience with moderate-level solution design based on raw requirements.
- Deep awareness of IT security, controls, and governance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Machine learning model development experience, Oracle Watchlist Screening experience, and DevOps experience are valued additional qualifications.
