Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support web and digital applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
- Build responsive interfaces using Angular or similar frameworks, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop backend services, RESTful APIs, integrations, and business logic using Java, Spring Boot, or equivalent technologies.
- Integrate applications with databases, internal platforms, and external services, including microservices-based architectures.
- Troubleshoot application defects, production incidents, and post-go-live issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, system design details, and operational support materials.
- Use approved AI-powered development tools for code generation, refactoring, documentation, troubleshooting, and solution exploration, while validating all generated outputs.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts, analyze failures, support regression testing, and improve test coverage.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, peer code reviews, and pull request workflows.
- Follow software development, release, change management, security, and compliance controls.
- Support DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD implementation, process improvement, automation, technical debt reduction, and developer productivity initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates with strong internship, academic, open-source, or personal project experience are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to communicate clearly with users, technical teams, and business stakeholders in verbal and written form.
- Preferred exposure to the insurance, banking, or financial services industry through work experience, internships, or academic projects.
- Preferred familiarity with web, mobile, or enterprise applications in regulated environments.
- Preferred understanding of software security, data privacy, and compliance requirements in financial services organizations.
