- Develop engineering solutions using Golang
- Collaborate with colleagues on technical designs and code reviews
- Deploy and operate services developed by the team
- Coach, mentor, and provide career development feedback depending on seniority
- Develop and promote strong engineering and organizational practices
Requirements
- Exceptional academic track record from high school and university
- Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about an alternative chosen path
- Track record of exceeding expectations and achieving outstanding results
- Experience with software development in Golang
- Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills
- Result-oriented approach and personal drive to meet commitments
- Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events lasting up to two weeks
- Performance engineering and security experience are desirable
- Experience with accounting, sales, sales operations, or other business roles is desirable
