Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, test, update, and deploy Lubuntu-based ISO images for dialysis machine hardware.
- Integrate required software, configurations, drivers, IoT sensors, and modules into device images.
- Develop embedded Linux and IoT capabilities for real-time data collection and transmission.
- Automate ISO creation, testing, deployment, diagnostic-tool integration, and software updates.
- Optimize boot times, resource utilization, system stability, and fleet-wide update processes.
- Maintain, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, patch, and update deployed dialysis-machine systems.
- Ensure secure connectivity, regulatory compliance, documentation, and medical-device standards adherence.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, medical-device, regulatory, and quality assurance teams and provide technical support and training.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IoT development, embedded Linux systems, and IoT device integration.
- Strong knowledge of ISO creation and customization and Linux system administration, preferably Ubuntu.
- Hands-on experience with embedded systems, hardware-software integration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong scripting skills for automation and customization tasks.
- Knowledge of networking protocols and security principles for IoT-enabled medical devices, including data encryption and secure communications.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and monitoring systems for remote device management.
- Experience creating CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
- Experience with Ubuntu Live CD customization, MariaDB, Perl, and Python.
