Base Salary
$285k - $342k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize the AI and agentic flows strategy across engineering.
- Build a roadmap for agentic automation features, smart assistants, and AI-driven engineering workflows.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks across the product and software development life cycle.
- Partner with Engineering, Trust and Security, and IT to integrate AI capabilities responsibly and at scale.
- Lead complex cross-team projects and deliver core agentic workflows that improve engineering productivity.
- Contribute hands-on while delegating effectively, with an expected balance of approximately 60% execution and 40% strategy.
- Drive measurable adoption of AI tooling and workflows among internal teams.
- Define ethical guardrails, quality metrics, governance practices, KPIs, and automation ROI measures.
- Participate occasionally in conferences, podcasts, and customer briefings.
- Create internal playbooks for building and scaling agentic outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years driving strategic productivity initiatives, ideally in SaaS, cloud platforms, or developer tools, with proven AI initiative experience.
- Expertise in building distributed systems and/or the infrastructure and tools that support them.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Track record of delivering products or features that generated measurable business value.
- Ability to define success criteria, metrics, and ROI for ambiguous, future-facing domains.
- Hands-on AI or adjacent AI/ML platform experience, including LLM integration and workflow automation.
- Deep understanding of responsible AI practices and governance.
- Ability to connect technical initiatives to customer and business KPIs such as adoption, retention, and revenue impact.
- Cloud-native platform or developer ecosystem experience is advantageous.
- Experience scaling internal AI platforms or driving AI adoption across large organizations is advantageous.
- Background in real-time data, event-driven architecture, or platform engineering is advantageous.
