Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize the AI and agentic flows strategy.
- Build a roadmap for introducing automation features and AI-driven workflows.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the product development life cycle.
- Partner with Engineering and Security to integrate AI capabilities.
- Lead the delivery of core agentic workflows to improve productivity.
- Drive measurable adoption of AI tooling with internal teams.
- Adopt industry standards and define success metrics for AI behavior.
- Participate in external forums and write internal playbooks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategic productivity initiatives, preferably in SaaS/Cloud platforms.
- Expertise in building distributed systems and supporting infrastructure.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering products that generate business value.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms and workflow automation.
- Deep understanding of responsible AI practices and governance.
- Passion for solving customer problems with scalable solutions.
