Responsibilities
- Define and maintain test management approaches, standards, and strategies.
- Plan and run testing processes across multiple teams and applications.
- Lead and guide less-experienced testers.
- Implement testing best practices and maintain quality standards and quality gates.
- Coordinate testing with developers, business stakeholders, Proxy Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other testers.
- Standardize test reporting and communicate test scope, planning, delivery, validation, and results to stakeholders.
- Support the introduction and enhancement of test automation.
- Own quality across ongoing releases and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on test management experience.
- Strong understanding of test-management processes, tools, and industry trends.
- Ability to develop practical test strategies and plans.
- Understanding of both manual and automated testing approaches.
- Ability to communicate testing requirements and importance to developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile testing and Agile delivery environments.
- Strong risk-management judgment.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Stack.
- Excellent Hungarian and English communication skills.
- Relevant testing certification is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD is preferred.
- Aviation industry experience is preferred.
