Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and development of software solutions for complex business needs.
Provide operational oversight for enterprise applications, including reliability, performance, monitoring, reporting, and continuous delivery.
Define and track Service Level Indicators, Service Level Objectives, and error budgets.
Lead production incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Drive post-incident reviews, preventive actions, and continuous improvement.
Develop runbooks, operational documentation, and recovery procedures.
Provide technical guidance to colleagues and review software coding, testing, and documentation.
Facilitate complex problem resolution and apply modern tools and methodologies to business initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
Experience with ServiceNow, technology monitoring and alerting, distributed infrastructure, storage technologies, coding, and databases.
Knowledge of Dynatrace, Elasticsearch, Grafana, and SRE practices.
Ability to provide technical leadership, troubleshoot complex systems, and support application delivery and architecture.
A comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
