Base Salary
$97k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines using enterprise pipeline tools.
- Author and manage reusable Terraform and Ansible configurations for hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Automate software delivery processes, reduce manual toil, and maintain consistent Development, UAT, and Production configurations.
- Lead DevOps workstreams and advise engineering teams on branching, deployment, release management, and DevOps best practices.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams.
- Manage containerized workloads with Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift while supporting AWS cloud migration and infrastructure.
- Integrate security scanning, remediate vulnerabilities, and ensure deployment processes meet risk, control, regulatory, change-management, and audit requirements.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and post-mortem practices to improve system resilience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5+ years of experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, or Software Development, including at least 2 years in technical leadership, workstream leadership, or mentoring.
- Proficiency with Jenkins, Harness, Tekton, or similar enterprise CI/CD tools.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible and deep knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift.
- Experience with public cloud platforms, preferably AWS; AWS certifications are a plus.
- Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, Bash, Go, or Java.
- Experience with SonarQube, Snyk, and HashiCorp Vault.
- Ability to lead technical initiatives, influence cross-functional teams, communicate complex concepts, and troubleshoot analytically.
- Experience in a highly regulated environment such as financial services is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Devin.AI, or internal AI assistants is a nice-to-have.

- Salary range is $96,960.00–$145,440.00, excluding potentially available incentive and retention awards.
