Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and deploy Dynamics 365 application modules according to architecture specifications.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions with client legacy systems such as ERP and intranets.
- Document design specifications and participate in test execution and documentation.
- Ensure applications and architectures meet agreed quality standards.
- Collaborate and communicate with clients and client teams to clarify and follow up on business requirements.
- Determine when to use out-of-the-box configurations versus custom development.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to newer team members.
- Contribute to application lifecycle management and DevOps activities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience.
- Technical background in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and design principles.
- Knowledge of model-driven apps, Dynamics CRM, code components, Dataverse, and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Previous experience in architecture and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement capabilities and architecture.
- Web application development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, and TypeScript.
- Experience with application lifecycle management and DevOps.
- Experience with Resco Mobile CRM, SharePoint, Microsoft Flows, PowerApps, Power BI, Logic Apps, SSIS, Scribe, or BizTalk is welcomed.
