Base Salary

$115k - $144k/yr

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end delivery for all integrations required to onboard Flexport's largest customers.
Drive functional requirements gathering and define integration requirements.
Act as a subject matter expert on freight forwarding scenarios impacting customer integrations.
Build a deep understanding of Flexport’s tech capabilities related to integrations.
Lead projects accommodating various integration technologies used by logistics partners.
Work closely with Product and Integration Engineers to ensure clear requirements.
Collaborate with Account Management and Sales teams to update SOP changes.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with internal and external end-users.
Support Account Executives in navigating integration-related customer requests.

5+ years of experience in a Solutions Consultant or similar role delivering integration solutions.
Familiarity with APIs, transmission protocols, and payload/file formats.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Ownership mindset to drive improvements and influence stakeholders.
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and provide project leadership.
Initiative and positive attitude with a desire to learn independently.
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
Experience with data analytics, data manipulation, and system integrations.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant work experience.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
