Responsibilities
- Architect and lead end-to-end validation strategies for critical domains.
- Design and engineer advanced validation suites and automation frameworks.
- Drive complex debug efforts and root-cause analysis across firmware and hardware.
- Act as the primary technical representative for Drive Qualification in cross-functional forums.
- Elevate team capabilities by mentoring engineers on advanced test design and data analysis.
Requirements
- Extensive technical leadership experience in storage, SSD, or firmware validation.
- Expert-level software engineering skills in Python for building test frameworks.
- Deep technical mastery of SSD protocols including NVMe and PCIe.
- Comprehensive understanding of NAND fundamentals and experience with stress testing.
- Analytical proficiency in defining quality metrics and utilizing data platforms.
- Willingness to work primarily in-office in Bengaluru.
