Base Salary
$89k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate UAT and end-to-end testing across programs and large projects.
- Create and maintain test data for systems integration, regression, and customer journey testing.
- Develop, execute, and maintain functional, automated, performance, regression, and other software tests.
- Monitor defect resolution and partner with development teams on timely fixes.
- Participate in design discussions to identify quality risks and refine user story requirements.
- Define and analyze quality metrics, including defect trends, test results, and test status.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD automation processes and integrate automated tests into delivery pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, business, vendor, development, and technical teams to align quality activities with business objectives.
- Apply agentic AI tools to test design, documentation, execution, defect management, defect analysis, and testing automation.
- Apply responsible AI principles, including privacy, bias awareness, human oversight, traceability, and validation of AI-generated outputs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or another technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA, UAT, or software testing.
- Experience with Agile, SAFe, and other iterative application development methods.
- Proficiency with Rally, JIRA, or similar development and defect-tracking applications.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, test data management tools, and at least one programming or scripting language.
- Experience writing test cases, executing functional, automated, or performance tests, and managing defects.
- Experience with software development life cycle activities, automation, and testing in CI/CD environments.
- Experience with quality scanning tools, quality baselining, metrics, and dashboards.
- Experience with API, accessibility, chaos, security, performance, user interface, and disaster recovery testing.
- Experience applying agentic AI capabilities to functional, automated, performance, or regression testing and validating AI-generated testing outputs.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills; automation framework and methodology skills are desired.
- Ability to work flexible hours with occasional overtime as needed.
