Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end Generative and Agentic AI solutions on Azure and open-source technologies.
- Lead client discovery and translate ambiguous requirements into defined problems, architectures, and delivery plans.
- Advise customers on risks, challenges, and key questions related to AI solution delivery.
- Embed AI governance, evaluation, responsible AI, content safety, data governance, monitoring, and ongoing operations into solution designs.
- Provide technical leadership for RFIs, RFPs, proposals, and SOWs, including solution approach, scope, assumptions, risks, and estimation.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Generative and Agentic AI solutions into production.
- Deep hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Content Safety, and agent orchestration using Azure AI Agent Service, Microsoft Agent Framework, or equivalent open-source technologies and frameworks.
- Experience assembling production AI solutions with Azure Functions, Container Apps or AKS, API Management, Cosmos DB, Azure data services, Entra ID, managed identities, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights.
- Strong command of RAG, grounding, orchestration, agent architectures, model selection, and enterprise data integration.
- Practical understanding of the AI lifecycle, LLMOps, and enterprise AI governance.
- Experience writing technical content for RFIs, RFPs, proposals, and SOWs.
- Excellent communication skills with executives and engineering teams.
- Azure certifications such as AI-103, AI-500, or AB-100 are preferred.
