Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and manage team performance and decisions.
- Establish and enforce development standards for code quality, scalability, and system performance.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions to problems spanning multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and project execution.
- Mentor junior team members and support team capability development.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and ERP integration.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop solutions.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
