Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize AI agents in Python using OpenAI API, Claude, and Azure AI Foundry.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation workflows and prompt-engineering techniques.
- Build scalable multi-agent systems with LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, and multi-agent frameworks.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs for integrating AI agents with cloud platforms and external systems.
- Implement observability and monitoring solutions for agent performance, system health, and debugging.
- Manage data storage and querying with SQL databases.
- Use Agent Core and GitHub for version control, collaboration, and AI Code Assistant development.
- Analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build client connections, and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree and a master's degree.
- At least 4 years of experience.
- Oral and written proficiency in English.
- Expertise developing and optimizing AI agents with Python and integrating OpenAI API, Claude, and Azure AI Foundry.
- Experience with RAG workflows, prompt engineering, multi-agent systems, LangGraph, LangChain, and AutoGen.
- Experience developing REST APIs and integrating systems with cloud platforms and third-party systems.
- Experience implementing observability and monitoring frameworks for AI systems.
- Proficiency with SQL databases, Agent Core, and GitHub.
