Base Salary
$110k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build core systems powering AI agents, including real-time voice infrastructure and insurance-platform integrations.
- Ship production code from the first day and contribute to the voice AI stack.
- Own features end to end from scoping through shipping.
- Optimize live systems handling insurance workflows for major carriers.
- Take ownership of a core product area and drive independent improvements.
- Contribute to customer-facing product launches and technical decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Experience building software through internships, coursework, or personal projects.
- Comfort working across the stack with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with real-time systems, WebSockets, or telephony is nice to have.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM-based platforms or prompt engineering is nice to have.
- Prior early-stage startup experience and open-source contributions are nice to have.
