Responsibilities
- Ship your first PR to production on the first day.
- Own a feature end-to-end that improves AI agent interactions.
- Optimize live systems for major insurance carriers.
- Drive meaningful improvements in a core product area independently.
- Contribute to customer-facing launches and technical decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Experience building software through internships, coursework, or personal projects.
- Comfortable working across the stack with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.
