Base Salary

$93k - $210k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve a bounded platform component or SDK area for multi-tenant use.
  • Design, develop, debug, test, document, and optimize software features and services.
  • Implement API versioning, lifecycle, interoperability, scalability, resilience, monitoring, and observability strategies.
  • Investigate customer-reported issues and product defects, develop remediation plans, and provide technical guidance.
  • Apply secure coding practices, perform system maintenance and patching, and improve automation, reliability, and service availability.
  • Lead code reviews, collaborate across teams, mentor colleagues, and manage work independently to meet project timelines.

Requirements

  • Independently design software solutions and contribute to requirements, architecture, coding, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot application programming interfaces, integrations, service issues, and moderately complex software problems.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices, software architecture, quality assurance, observability, secure coding, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to collaborate with service teams and customers, communicate solutions, and provide technical guidance.
  • Ability to manage deliverables independently, solve standard and non-standard problems, and continuously learn new tools and practices.
