Responsibilities
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for enhancements and new products.
- Implement designs using modern programming practices.
- Lead and drive software development initiatives.
- Participate in and lead design discussions.
- Mentor software engineers on the team.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of software development experience in the primary programming language used by the team.
- Strong initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
