Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and test applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Gather and analyze application requirements with cross-functional stakeholders and translate them into test scenarios.
- Design and execute test cases to validate application functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to maintain application performance.
- Document application configurations and changes for knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Participate independently in team discussions, provide solutions, and support junior team members with guidance and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in Workday HCM Testing is required.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM Testing and experience designing and executing application test cases.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and quality assurance processes.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail when testing complex applications.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Mandatory Workday-related certification is required.
